Yes, you are introduced to wholesaling, but you also have to keep in mind that you are being trained by one of the fastest growing and one of the biggest residential real estate investment firms in the nation. We not only train our new associates extremely well with our 2 week very in depth training program plus we offer continuing education classes weekly, but we train them to maximize their fullest potential by providing the leads for you as well, teaching you how to find your own leads on top of that, creating a fun office culture/atmosphere, regular team outings, allowing you the flexibility to be your own boss, uncapped commissions which leads to unlimited income and so much more. Our Acquisitions Associates also provide the Sales Associates with all of the properties which allows a new agent to focus on solely building their relationships with investors and selling properties. We’re sorry to hear that you feel you were not compensated fairly. And for anyone looking for a career opportunity like ours, be advised that we don’t believe in handouts. We believe in hard work, dedication, perseverance, and above all – commitment. We do not compensate someone should they choose to leave before the transaction is completed. We have extremely high standards here at New Western Acquisitions, and take great pride in the people we hire, although we don’t always hit the mark every time.
