Pros

None you find the buyers and they keep them when you leave. Don’t put any of your contacts in their system when you leave they disperse them. That they won’t tell you up front.

Cons

It’s just a wholesale company that uses agents to find the deals they turn around and wholesale.

-Great entry to real estate. Especially if you’d like to focus on the investment side of real estate -You are selling investment properties- it’s fun and competitive and probably the best thing about the company is the culture and the quarterly trips lol -(NWA acquired property for 100k, then sells to investor for 115k. Selling agent makes 12-20% depending on what bonus agent is in) Average agents will sell 2-4 properties a month, good ones clear 7-10 -Income potential is truly insane

Cons

- 10000000% commission based. If you don’t produce you don’t eat - it’s real estate, deals can fall apart at the closing table and it can be really disheartening - you spend most of your day doing lead gen trying to find new investors to add to your buyers list -yes you will be cold calling, and a lot of it (but it works, just not fun at all)
