      New Western has provided a great atmosphere to become an expert in the real estate space. I’m constantly learning weekly and supported 100% in all endeavors. I’ve been with the company a year and already earned a sales manager position.

      There is always something new and exciting at New Western. With a flexible schedule and plenty of growth opportunities, this is a great company to be a part of long term.

      Cons

      Sales in any company can be demanding. With success can come long hours of working and stress to make sure deals close. Sales is also a long game, as some agents will find higher quality buyers with less effort. It can be discouraging when success comes to others easier, but with hard work, anybody can succeed here.
