      Pros

      Great room for growth and development. Owners are amazing people to work for that are so encouraging. CEO takes time to get to know you and develop you. You can tell that they value you and want you to enjoy a work-life balance. I also loved that many women are in senior management positions across the different brands they own.

      Cons

      I wish they would expand their benefits package, they need to offer a company matched 401K.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment where you learn the ins and outs of real estate very quick. Good pay if you work hard.

      Cons

      Start from the bottom and hope to work your way up. Lots of favoritism and too much office politics. Lots of arrogance and ignorance from many employees makes the office environment hard to work in at times.
