I was green and barley got my license when i started here at new western. Since then my life has changed for the best. If you're looking for an atmosphere/ culture where people can hold you accountable, expand your mindset, learn under people who been in investment real estate for 20+ years. New western is the place for you to grow to your full potential if your willing to put in the work.

Cons

-if your not willing to put in the work, it's going to be hard to succeed. - if your not able to take constructive criticism, you won't grow! - " in high tide, all boats rise"

You are in charge of whatever income you desire to make. The culture is what makes this job fun. The more time and effort you put in, the greater the benefits are both culturally and financially.

Cons

Long hours initially learning the process and building relationships. It could be at least 30 days before you make money.

Pros

Unlimited ability to earn (depending on your commitment). I've also learned more in a few months at this brokerage than I've learned in several years at other brokerages. The company provides a significant amount of training (online/zoom + in-person) and everyone is invested in the success of one another... It's a big change of pace from a traditional real estate or sales office where everyone is just out for themselves. The team goes out for taco Tuesdays, we play some ping pong throughout the day, and everyone is always willing to help you out. The Corona office broker, JD Castillo, is also a huge part of the culture & success of our office. Being one of the company's original members and having done thousands of real estate transactions, he's a wealth of knowledge & a great person to have in your corner.

Cons

"Commission only" isn't for everyone. Just like any other sales position, sometimes you can come in & hit the ground running, and sometimes it takes a little time to get your first sale. At the very least, I feel that this company gives you all the tools & does the best possible job at setting you up to succeed. Make no mistake though, you're still going to have to grind to succeed.
