- Learn a lot about the RE industry faster than retail agents. - Sell more deals than retail agents - You get what you put into it, the sky is truly the limit. There is nothing stopping you from getting to your goals besides you. - Strong support from everyone in the company - Managers take a genuine interest in making sure you succeed and go above and beyond to help you along the way.
Cons
- it's not a 9-5 job, sometimes you have to work extra hours or be on call. - You have to drive a lot to show homes. Gas isn't cheap.
