      Great people, nice culture, tough to make it

      Pros

      As mentioned in the headline, the people and management are great. Everybody is willing to help you improve and wants to see you succeed. The energy in the office was great too..

      Cons

      Not much of a con really, but it's true when they say you get out what you put in. You need to work really hard to build your own book of business. That's great for people who are fully motivated and passionate about the industry. But if you aren't fully 100% committed you aren't going to make it.
