Great leadership and support. You learn so much while you are earning too.

Cons

Not a con, but you have to be willing to work. If you're lazy, this role isn't for you. If you want things to be easy and handed to you, this role isn't for you, If you're hungry and want to succeed, these guys will helps you do that.
