Pros

The company is growing and is open to making changes for the better of its people. Instead of letting a pandemic set them back, they made changes necessary not only to help accommodate all but to make it even better and allow for growth. With growth comes more opportunities in all locations. The culture of the whole company is something that other companies should strive for.

Cons

The only con to fast growth is the focus on some areas may take precedence over others.

I just started in late July and on day one I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. Everyone is very outgoing, and pushes each other to be the very best they can be.

Cons

Pay is commission-based, however, there is always an abundance of opportunities to make money.

Little to no training Tough for a new hire to compete. Software sucks 100% commission 3 months to make a sale or you are out.
