It does not matter if you are straight of school/ college or have spent 10+ years at corporate, you have so much potential to do very well - it all depends on your perseverance and drive! This coupled with the fact that you work with others who are willing to take on a risk and make deals happen, connect with industry professionals and thrive in a competitive environment... nothing is more enjoyable than the team winning as a whole!

You learn what not to do/be like in a business setting. You get thicker skin from the abuse you take from people that do not wish to be called by you because they hate the company.

Cons

False promises, poor compensation, and the company as a whole is surrounded by a big negative connotation by many cities and the RE investors that inhabit those cities.
