Pros

I never thought a company like this was out there in the world. You get the opportunity as a younger individual, degree or not, to choose your own fate. So many people out there want to be successful but can't find the platform to do it on. This company is THE platform for success and what I love is that it's not some pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing with a random product. This company holds true value and does sincerely good business. They do things the right way - ethically, legally, and honestly - and that was very important to me personally. I have been working here for 2 1/2 years and am already weeks away from becoming a manager and running an office. The gentlemen running this company started in sales and have been through the entire process. Moving up in this company is not based on seniority, it is based on performance. Your earning potential is limitless. I have doubled my income every year that I've worked here. You learn from the best and hold yourself to a higher standard. The office environment is ONE OF A KIND. Every office is a family and everyone is working together to build one another up. The training is outstanding. 2-3 trainings per week from the top producers in the office and they help you with every step until you're ready to run the play on your own. Lastly, you get a deep insight to real estate investment, one of the biggest industries on the planet. You get to see what's going on in the market; what investors are buying, strategies for investment, and eventually you're flipping your own houses.

Cons

100% commission obviously. Also, you have complete freedom with how you spend your time at the office throughout the day so it takes a lot of discipline and work ethic. It is tough to learn at first and requires a lot of you but once you get the hang of it you will find that it is very easy to make a lot of money.
