Pros

There is no other company out there like New Western, nowhere else that I have heard of or seen has the opportunity for advancement that you will find here. The training provided is second to none, you can come into this company and know nothing about real estate and 3 months later be an expert in the service we provide and in your market. Being with this company has completely changed my life on an professional and personal level, my income has increased exponentially as well as my confidence and quality of life. Your pay is directly reflected by how much work you put in and your advancement in the company is based on production and not seniority. If you are putting in the work, your pay and position in the company will reflect that.

Cons

Not many, honestly if your not used to a 100% commission based job it will be difficult to get used to, also it can be a bit hard to focus at times especially when your office has a great environment where everyone has alot of fun. The learning curve can be a bit steep and if you want to be really successful here you have to dedicate all of your time to what you do, basically obsess over your work.

Pros

I have been with New Western Acquisitions for a couple of months, and have had a WONDERFUL work experience thus far. Both the Marietta and Buckhead facilities are very goal driven. They also have a mentor-ship mentality to teach new agents how to be successful in the industry, and are willing to go the extra mile. Both of the General Managers, Brad and Soo, are very hands-on and a great asset to learn from. The team collaborates well together, and is very close. Agents will work hard to close transactions, but those efforts are definitely rewarded by the commission. I really enjoy the ability to have a flexible schedule, to work with such a great team, the ability to earn uncapped commission, and the opportunity to learn and gain further experience. I am excited to see where my career with New Western takes me.

Cons

I do not have any at this time.

Pros

I have been working here at NWA for a little over a year and a half and couldn't be more happy of where I currently stand. There isn't enough time for me to explain in depth of what I like about the company. I came here with the mindset of wanting to be someone important and successful. As they say hard work pays off, and in order for me to get to my expectations, I put in countless hours. Some people get burned out and others set new goals. Thankfully I am one of those people who likes to set new goals, so I can continue achieving whatever it is. Here at NWA not only are you motivated, but you have the support of others. You can ask questions to whomever you please, as everyone gets along with each other and takes the time to help in any way possible. If you are someone who works hard and has no problem putting in the time, you will succeed in this business. You learn something new everyday, and thats one of my favorite aspects about being in this industry.

Cons

Fortunately, I do not have any cons that come to mind. Frankly I am quite pleased to be where I am!
