This company gives you every tool necessary in order for you to reach the levels you desire. What I personally love most is that when you come to work here you have no other option but to succeed and strive to become the best at what you do. The reason for this is because you are able to surround yourself with knowledgeable colleagues that motivate you and inspire you to exceed the expectations and reach levels that you didn't even know were possible. Albeit, this job is not for everyone! It requires a tremendous amount of time, dedication , and hustle in order to become a top producer. However, If you're willing to put in the grind the sky is truly the limit for what you can accomplish and become.

The more effort and work you put in, the more you will get paid. An average new sales associate will make $50-60k within the first year, with others surpassing $100K. You dictate your pay. - Freedom from the 9-5 grind. Most of our employees end up putting in more than 40 hours a week, but they largely make there own schedule and spend much of the time out of the office. - The learning curve is fast, but vigorous training is provided by management and you will learn a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge in a very short period of time.
