Pros

Very welcoming... everyone is very nice at first. Free snacks and coffee. If you love money and it's one of the only things you care about in this world, you'll love this place. If you're a woman they are especially "welcoming." I saw all the online reviews and was completely duped.

Cons

Co-workers only cared about money, how they looked, and bragging about how they "party like the Wolf of Wallstreet." Classic MLM-style company. They hire entry level cold callers with the promise of making big money in real estate. They don't really care about you, you're there for the extra manpower. It's commission only, so you're expected to stay there, work hard, and put in the time to make these calls. The tribe mentality will insist that you're the first one there and the last to leave if you really have the "grit" to make it but it's all a farce. The managers will pat you on the back and be your friend if you make a sale because their paychecks depend on it. They make you use your own phone and your number will get on hundreds of real estate lists, causing spam for years.
