I joined New Western because I wanted to be a part of a supportive environment that will help me grow in real estate. New Western exceeded my expectations. Even though it is a competitive environment, everyone here is beyond supportive and is always available when I have questions. I have never felt alone and confused and forced to figure it all out myself.

Pros

This is a very fulfilling and enjoyable job. The more you put in the more you get from it. Along with that, I can't even begin to explain the amount of things I have learned from working here. Also the people who work here are very helpful and always give great advice.

Cons

Sometimes the job can get tiring and difficult. This doesn't mean that it isn't a great place to work. Sometimes you just have days that don't go according to plan, it's all just part of the journey at the end of the day.
