Happy hours and cool coworkers

Cons

Pay, commission structure, management, hours, training, reputation. All nonexistent. Blind leading the blind with big promises of making money, with top agents barely scraping by. Steer clear. I’d say this was good sales experience, but it taught me nothing. New hires have a better grasp of sales than agents who have been there 5+ years. There’s a reason NW has the reputation they do in the investor world.

The team was great that I had the pleasure to work with. It seemed everyone genuinely wanted you to succeed.

The work was mind numbing and you were always getting snaked by other agents to get new investors.
