Pros

Very laid back atmosphere, employees all get along pretty well. Good work/life balance, benefits, very competitive pay for interns and full timers. Friendly management. Structured and meaningful internship program.

Cons

Interns typically don't get very much work to do outside of the internship work given to all interns (final project). Potentially large age gap between new and current employees depending on which department you get into.

Pros

Good brand. Company back promises. There always hiring.

Cons

There's out of pocket expenses like E&O, Regristration fees, office fees, portal fees, etc. It's your business, so expect to pay upfront costs. Back office is slow.

Pros

Ok place to start off at to get experience in the industry. You can take advantage of the sponsorship to obtain licenses.

Cons

Many of the agents that are hired are un professional. If you can fog a mirror they will hire you.
