Pros

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Post team. From the individuals that I've come across within other departments to my own colleagues, I have not yet met a single person who I've disliked. Everyone is highly intelligent, hard working, and personable. We all know the Post's reputation as sort of a salacious newspaper however I cannot stress how great of an experience I've had thus far.

Cons

Nothing as of yet! I've honestly enjoyed my experience and wish I interviewed/was hired earlier!

Pros

The Post wants scoops and if you can deliver that you are given latitude to nail a good story. While there is a lot of emphasis on SEO and trending stories, you can get off of the treadmill with enterprise reporting.

Cons

The Post has a point of view that you may not always agree with, politically or otherwise.
