Pros

The people in the sales program are wonderful. They hire all college greaduates and promote from within. People have a fun and make friends.

Cons

The company is run very "old school." The salaries are very low and the sales bonus plans do not make up for it. They are not competitive. Upper managment is really where the problems stem from. Also, they don't hire people from other companies with experience so they don't get outside opinions. They are not open to change and do not live by their "open communication" principle.
