Upper management does not care about employees at all. Managers and assistant managers both micromanage and yet, not manage. You're either stuck having no work for days or weeks (which can be extremely boring) or are bombarded with work with a nearly impossible to deadline to make (which can be extremely stressful), some staff members are petty and lack professionalism among coworkers (though everyone seems to do very well with the patrons). Overall, it's a pretty solid place to work just not for too long.
