      Pros

      Flexible environment, interesting work, opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

      Cons

      You have to be a self-starter to really take advantage of what the company has to offer. It's a great place to build a practice, not the place for you if you just want someone to give you work to do so you can get a steady paycheck.

      Pros

      If you have an idea you get to run with it. Their recruitment video states "the doors to the Executive Team are always open." Well they are. They really do value ideas.

      Cons

      If you're not a self starter you may be left behind.
