Workplace Bias Led to Unfair Treatment and Promotion

The salary covered basic needs adequately.

Cons

There was a blatant bias towards specific employees, which fostered an unfriendly workplace. I felt like I was often getting passed over for opportunities and promotions while my less-qualified coworkers were being rewarded. It was incredibly upsetting and frustrating, and in the end, I left my job as a result. I was passed over for a promotion to team leader despite having been with the firm longer and having a stringer track record the individual who received the promotion as an illustration of this bias. The second guy was describe as "more of a team player", but I got the impression that was just another way of saying "the manager's favorite".

I was forced to adapt to the horrible environment

Cons

The toxic managers here will throw you under the bus. The management likes to use the employees as scapegoats because it has no sense of accountability. Your supervisors will always blame you for everything even if they are their ideas. They are terrible and very unpleasant to work with, and that applies to the whole leadership.

If you're looking for a challenge and to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, this is your spot

Cons

Company has no loyalty to their employees! Quietly of course and giving the remaining employees anxiety and pressure from additional work without any compensation. No incentive to stay for the others but those promoted people are still on their way out. There is no career opportunity that I can see. They will not attract peope you can learn from. 110% would not recommend working here if you enjoy a professional work environment,
