The little company that could but just wouldn't

Pros

Owners of the company actually think they are good bosses/business men. Place is good if you're a muslim. They get their holidays off whenever they want no, questions asked. Even if you're not a practicing muslim

Cons

Pretty much everything. A company in one of the most expensive places to live yet offers terrible pay with no benefits. Your job title doesn't mean anything. You do what you're asked to do whenever. Sucks to be a Christian here. Christmas off? sure if it falls on a weekend. Good Friday? (I mean the most important holiday if you're a Christian) yeah right.

once a month they have culture day which is basically free food

Cons

unorganized, dysfunctional, favoritism, stressful, no room for growth, the worst place to work

Amazing staff Free coffee & snacks The showroom is beautiful Offers 401 k Decent pay Off on holidays Lots of potential

Cons

Sometimes it can get slow and you’re not allowed to really do much but sit at your desk.
