Pros

Flexible scheduling. ... kinda, co-workers are cool. Paid weekly.

Cons

Low Pay they promise you all these incentives then don't make good on their promises. Still have not received a raise even though I have been advised I would be getting one. No HR department to forward your concerns too only an office manager who is to overwhelmed to deal with things, upper management does not care about the employees, they expect you to be at work no matter what issues you may have. They always mess up your check, there have been time I never got my direct deposit had to be cut a check.

Pros

Easy work, flexibility with schedule since they are open 24 hours, good location near trains.

Cons

Micro-managing to the extreme, need to report bathroom breaks, yes bathroom breaks. There's never any type of motivational recognition by any member of upper management. If you are part of the clique that's well liked you should be ok, if not, watch out. Very low pay, you get a quaterly bonus that's hardly worth all the headache that you have to endure.

Pros

Snacks Co-workers Two Bros Pizza is not that far. They have 99 cent slices.

Cons

To build a company you have to invest in your employees, so that they will be motivated to invest in your dream. Low paying wages. No health care. No room for growth. No human resources. No holidays and your schedule can be changed any time. The business is opened for 24 hours. It is not uncommon for your supervisor to pressure you into working hours that aren't convenient. If you have outside obligations, such as school or family it can become very challenging. The location is in mid-town Manhattan. If you take the train make sure you leave your house two hours earlier because a minute late and you can potentially get docked. When I worked there the company was very young. It felt like family there were about 14 employees. When you did a good job you received a bonus every week. We would have department meetings to see how we can improve operations. Management listened. Once we moved to the bigger location. The culture started to change. Innovation and creativity ceased. As a supervisor you weren't allowed to supervise or encourage. Your job was to find mistakes, so that you can push veteran employees out to make room for newer less costly replacements. Fear is used as a motivator and fear never motivates. A big reason why they always had people call out because people hated coming into work.
