Since joining NewCold, everyone has been extremely welcoming. The organization's passion to be the best in the industry doesn't go unnoticed from the first time you speak with someone. Everyone has the same end-goal and it's a breath of fresh air to be around go-getters and passion!

Cons

NewCold is growing at rate that is both exciting and also a bit daunting. With quick developments, can come some confusion and rolling with the punches.

I've had such a fantastic experience at NewCold over the last few months. It was scary starting at a new company, particularly during COVID-19 but the company has been really on top of things. Couple of things in particular that I've loved: -I've never worked at a company where everyone is so kind and welcoming -Strong focus on innovation and problem solving. -What the company does and its position in the marketplace is unique -Starting PTO and benefits are fantastic

Cons

Company is going through a lot of change and growth - both of which are good things. However during those phases there is a lot of work to get done and things get quite busy.

decent pay given its considered a warehouse. low for the job position across industry. schedule is rotating so just as many days off as worked. 5 weeks vacation starting out. thats hard to find in a US company.

Cons

Organizational structure is all wonky from many changes being implemented. positions cut all the time then new ones added.
