The global reach of our company. working with colleagues and customers all over the world is very attractive to me. I like the no-fear-mentality. We work hands-on, pragmatic. Short lines. A lot of possiblities to grow in your job.

Sometimes work-life-balance threats. However, you can always talk about it with your manager and discuss how to solve it.

Have met some good people

Cons

No communication, dirty workplace, no encouragement from management and they avoid responding to your emails. Dissapointing workplace considering it is a new development. No support and definetely no work life balance even though it was promised after a few months of operation.
