Nothing that I can remember.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment, double standards, poor management, no training. Different rules for different people set by HR. No sick time, underpaid and and lots unqualified people. Being overworked. Other benefits are not as good.

The team i had working for me were great, the rest of the senior managers left a lot to be desired.

Cons

The job it's self was good but it is definitely a company that will progress yes men. The opps Manager has no clue of what they are doing or how to treat there staff. The trucks and trailers they use are not fit for the road but will be sent out with the mindset of "just chance it". Disciplinaries are done by staff members with active grievances against them. All in all not a company to work for unless you want to sleep your way to the top and be a yes person.
