Over the years I've meant some great people here. Sadly, most of them don't stick around because the management doesn't do much to retain the good talent.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they are doing. Every few months they give you a new project to work on, you spend all your time on it. Then its completely forgotten. Complete waste of time. They have no respect for your employees and don't recognize all the work they put in.
