Come in and walk out whenever you feel like it. You don't need to clocked in.

Cons

We don't acknowledge and speak to each other at work, Just ignore you all together and this is the culture.The next thing you know you'll be thrown in front of the bus. Take any other offers on the table and stay clear of this company.

You get to meet some nice people.

Cons

They make you work way too much and make you do other work for a different department than what you are in. The pay is way too low compared to the amount of work you are doing. My boss was really horrible and expected perfection 24/7. My manager would also get mad at the tiniest mistake ever and the way she talked to me was very unprofessional.
