This company has no pros, too many promises and they do not keep their promises.
Cons
Newegg by far is the worst company to work for, they hire without explaining clear role goals, no training, if you are not Asian you will have no voice. The current employees do not want to guide you or share their knowledge and ultimately employee turn around is by far the fastest I have ever seen. Directors get fired without notice in less than 1 month, once you are terminated even if you are over performing but is not at the CEO's expectations you will get terminated without a reason. Long hours, constantly in meeting on which it does not leave you time to do your job, CEO is constantly adding un realistic projects in top of your current goals and if you do not perform you will get fired. Horrible parking, if you are not Asian you will not fit in.
