Horrible Company w/ Toxic Work Environment

If you're lucky, you'll be on a okay team with decent co-workers who tries.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. They hire all their friends and family who are incapable of the work and wonder why the company is struggling. Very questionable accounting practices where numbers are "adjusted" so they look good for C levels. VP of the company is a walking train wreck who throws people under the bus to save herself on multiple occasions. Employees work in fear of retaliation and often get bullied into working extra hours for no reason. It is a very Chinese company with company views.

-Pay is below industry standard and they expect you to work competitively -Company had massive layoffs for restructuring efforts - A lot of nepotism, hard to promote even if you can
