Ability to move upwards. Supportive colleagues, Decent Benefits. Exciting industry. I was lucky enough to have supportive managers and colleagues in both my positions in the Marketing Department. Do your due diligence and cross interview the company and team before you agree to join.

The job is fast paced and not micro managed. The people are very nice and willing to help.

The company culture is extremely dated. There is no ability to work remotely and there is a strict hourly schedule you must adhere to even if salaried.

Cons

Narrow minded management Lots of work and extreme amounts of pressure for sales Top down management style Upper management prefers to hire external than promote from within
