      Company benefit meets average level.

      Cons

      No proper training, you are assumed to know everything from the first day here, you need to figure out everything all by yourself which makes you looks very silly and slow so you will be blamed all the time, no clear job responsibilities so you don't know what you should do and what you shouldn't, people are very rude, dirty words everywhere, everyone in my team works overtime so you'd better not leave on time.

      Your coworkers are awesome and best part of the company. There are so many talented people who are now stuck there, because they need to be.

      Cons

      Are you serious? Everything! Management, HR. That's enough. Pay is ridiculously low for the work that is required. Promises by Management never reach fruition. Management says they "value" their employees... not true, they only value their salaries and personal agendas. The CS building is below standard. The AC never works, the restrooms are scary and the new HR team believes a new coat of paint will fix all of that.
