      Pros

      they provided lunch really often almost every friday. you dont have to interact too much with ANYONE

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT ISNT GREAT. they are too busy with their meetings to even pay attention to you and dont bring anything to light until its kinda too late to fix. they expect someone to handle HUNDREDS of claims ALONE while training a new employee and keep the numbers low. AND ALSO pull the 1-2 people they do have in the department and have them work another job for a couple days. People are always leaving/getting fired/getting hired EVERYONE IS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT EVERYONE.
