great people , decent employee benefits, decent pay, good hours ,40 ,, 8-4 ...........free coffee ,vending machines, shuttle parking secure parking with guard ,

Cons

trying to get in or out is a hassle , everyone goes through one! metal detector at security check in into and out of warehouse its annoying sometimes .

Benefits are so much better. New HR team is changing the old-school culture. You wont work with a better group of people . Direct leader in Marketplace cares about her team.

Cons

Business is not doing well, and upper management does not listen. Pay and bonus suck. It is a good job for a newbie. No leadership on site in California.
