Great for very green reps

Cons

Management spends all its time blaming employees for their lack of growth in the market, companies like Amazon continue to encourage the management to fire and blame it's employee's for their poor management style - the people in position of authority fire people at random, there is no real chance of growth or being rewarded. The commission (Bonus)structure is ripe for a huge class action lawsuit as even the management cannot explain how people get paid for their hard work.

High turnover, some departments stretched too thin while others are over staffed. Work distribution is not fair.
