      It was a very tough work environment.

      Lack of vision. CEO leadership is in Asia and removed from US market.

      Just a good experience. & some benefits

      Cons

      One of the worst company to be with. They treat employees like robots, if you don't follow, even if their wrong, you're out! They promote based on race not merit. Too stingy for salary & benefits. High turn over rate.

      Pros

      good entry into e-commerce and getting some experience under your belt. Depending on where you live, the commute could be decent for SoCal.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from senior management, absent CEO. Struggling business, entirely new HR team that is only available via a mailbox. Not a company to stay long at.
