      Pros

      They have great health benefits , PTO , Overtime, cookouts, they give incentives for safety and attendance. Everyone works as a team.

      Cons

      Sometimes problems arise and you need to work over your shift to get the work done.

      Like Living with Strict & Detached Parents

      Pros

      Base pay is kind of decent. Seen some promotions within.

      Cons

      PTO can only be used in multiples of 2 hours! Want to take a partial day off and leave 3 hours early? Too bad, you lose an hour and get paid for 2, though you had 12 hours to spend. Decisions come from China, and we're not a priority. Therefore, the decisions will come "next quarter" if you're lucky. This also causes so many empty promises. Chinese culture forced on us. Spiffs from vendors are considered "bribes" and are not allowed. They're so cheap that they can't give us commission. We get bonuses (at very low rates), which are unobtainable unless you're lucky or tenured. Seriously, some people reach the unreasonable goals without putting any work in at all. They pretend like the business unit is important by hyping you up, but the lack of appreciation shows.

      Very interesting industry to be in right now Environment where everyone helps each other out to grow together Fast paced, never a boring day Learn something every day

      HQ is a bit outdated, but it seems as though improvements are coming
