Newegg is wonderful place to start a career in eComm, to learn the business, definite room for career growth (promote). Great HR Dept...always willing to help and give support to all staff.

The job is fast paced and not micro managed. The people are very nice and willing to help.

Cons

The company culture is extremely dated. There is no ability to work remotely and there is a strict hourly schedule you must adhere to even if salaried.
