      They keep saying that they are going to be IPO, and it makes the employees feel there are a lot hope.

      They can let you go and no one in your company, even someone sit next to you dont know where are you.

      high school cliques environment, not forth coming in the communication area, hours cut from mon-fri shift to make sat shift mandatory to get a full 40 hr week
