Pros

Sometimes there's not a ton of oversight which gives you the freedom to do what you need and how you need.

Cons

They might hire you as a freelancer and work you 40 hour weeks but there will be no benefits. They can also cut your wage whenever they want. The quality of your work doesn't matter so they don't care how to get the best work out of you. Upper management doesn't care. They will find every way to pinch pennies. They have no interest in growing anymore. This is a stagnant place to work.

some coworkers are easy to get along with, most of them know their roles and what they are supposed to do, some special events and team bonding time

Cons

High turnover, people come and go constantly and this is mainly due to management. Many so called "managers" are not fit to be managers and should not have ever been promoted in the first place. This is especially true of the category managers in Newegg Marketplace. Majority of them are not knowledgeable in their category, even the most basic knowledge. Being a computer parts seller, you would think they would hire someone who knows about computers.
