Pros

Diamonds are made under pressure sometimes Looks alright on a resume

Cons

Hilariously low pay ($11), I probably would have made more money working at Mcdonalds from the gas I saved from driving to Whittier. No one cared in QA. The supervisors don't care. The CS agents all have given up hope. I worked my butt off for no real recognition aside from the customer's appreciation.

Pros

Decent PTO accrual the longer you stay. You get food sometimes. Looks good on a resume. You can learn a lot if they pick you to do more work for the same pay. Opportunities to move higher up since they can't keep agents. Low retention overall. They do have a program where you train to be a supervisor and other management roles.

Cons

No one cares about anyone but themselves. Management turns a blind eye to everything so they don't have to deal with it. I never see my supervisor except for him to tell me the company didn't make any money and I only get an $80 bonus. Other supervisors pick favorites and allow them to be off calls just to hang out at their desk or play video games. Everyone has relations with everyone else including leadership and direct supervisors. People are treated unfairly. Agents are allowed to be verbally abused by customers/supervisors and management sweeps it under the rug.

Pros

Overtime money. Coworkers. No micromanagement. That is it, there are no more pros to be discussed. Read the cons. They keep people that shouldn’t be there. People that have no soft skills like how to answer a phone call.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Leadership. Chargeback reports, they are pointless and very repetitive. Monthly one on ones. Please see the pros and advice for management.
