Very little vertical movement. Management not very competent in many areas.

Had a great opportunity to try and test new marketing methodologies. They were open to suggestions and really enjoyed new ideas

Cons

Red tape. Red tape. Red tape. They dont trust their employees and expect long hours. If you dont work after your shifts done the natural assumption from upper management is that you dont have enough work.
