Pros
Static employment schedule. Entry level experience for those looking to make more money at financial institutions. Quiet, climate-controlled environment. Clean employee break rooms with modern amenities and vending machines.
Cons
Severe department attrition rate. Employees rotate in and out like fast-food workers. Nepotism and micromanagement (4 department managers for 10-12 employees). Employees lack initiative and willingness to cooperate with one another. Poor hiring screening practices; majority lack college and basic life skills. Absolutely zero possibilities of advancing fraud career due to current managers taking advantage of a high-paying, monotonous gig. Monthly, quarterly, bi-annual etc. company reports consecutively indicate decreasing sales. You work every holiday except Christmas and New Years Day (including the day before these).
