under dog attitude. great team spirit and comradery among employees.

Cons

Lack of real management. Red Tape. Too many cooks. too may contradicting directions because of certain peoples personal interests. teams forced to compete against each other. no real grasp of target market from marketing leaders. no innovation...forced to do same tactics and more repetition hoping to get a better result (def of insanity) an HR that fails at keeping a safe and proper conduct business environment.

New leadership within marketing is active, engaged, and makes decisions aligned with company direction. Great culture within the marketing department. Decent benefits.

Cons

Pays less than competitors. Limited opportunity for growth, both salary-wise and position-wise. Headcounts for your team are hard to obtain, and once obtained are hard to fill because of first problem. Prefers transferring internally to fill available positions rather than hire potentially better-qualified candidates.
