Meet some cool people. Learn a lot of the industry. Good work/life balance. Your experience is what you make it as with anything.

Cons

Not the greatest company to work for, but honestly a lot better than others. Many politics involved. Can see the division of how they are trying to westernize the company, but older heads are still stuck in their ways. Can be hard to advance for people under those management. Job Security is not stable at the moment.
