Pros
Top 3 things: 1 great people (only a handful) 2 nice restaurants 3 short commute! Other positives: flexible hours, sit there listen to music, study for your CPA, or join the smokers (traditional or e-cig) and smoke all day, and no one would care.
Cons
Too many to list: Top 3 things: 1 Head of Security will nag you about wearing your badge instead of being concerned with real security issues like inventory theft. 2 Be ware of whose hand you shake because most of males don't wash hands thoroughly after #1 and #2. (they only rinse) 3 Top management is absent and utterly incompetent. Lastly, 80 to 90% of the 1 star reviews are true, most good people have already left. Did I mention the new office got cockroaches?
