      Pros

      Newegg has a lot of friendly employees and lots of work that needs to be done. Can be very fast-paced.

      Cons

      Doesn't have a strategy in place to tackle the future. Direction comes from the top and the top is not receptive to new or different ideas. Project priorities shift often and whimsically. Slow to change. The company is currently directionless and the CEO is in Taiwan effectively leaving Newegg headless. The company is fairly and communication is lacking.

      Pros

      1. Steady Paycheck. 2. Good Benefits. 3. You will learn to recognize bad business practices & bad bosses. 4. You will be afforded the ability to experience discrimination regardless of your race (you will be denied this experience if you're Chinese). 5. You will not be burdened with meaningful management decisions because your Chinese overseer will take care of those decisions for you (while you take the blame for any failures).

      Cons

      The fact that the job market still sucks forcing many to stay at Newegg and deal with the endless BS which will slowly drain your very life & soul is most definitely a con (unless your willing to sell your soul and do the Devil's bidding).
