Employee compensation, up to160 hrs of PTO starting on the 3rd yr of employment, 401K, health & dental insurance out pocket pay are not bad

Cons

Too many politics; most top mgmt are very traditional asian (Chinese) which expected salary paid employees to work OT. Imported bunch of entry-leveled employees from China which are under qualify. Heavily judge on employees' Brown Nose skill rather than real performance. Base salary is way under industry standard but Bonus is fair if they don't changed the bonus calculation 4 times a year or if you can way over achieve the unreasonable/unreachable budget goal. Super high turn over rate on employment due to the above reasons.

You get to meet some nice people.

Cons

They make you work way too much and make you do other work for a different department than what you are in. The pay is way too low compared to the amount of work you are doing. My boss was really horrible and expected perfection 24/7. My manager would also get mad at the tiniest mistake ever and the way she talked to me was very unprofessional.

There are some great and supportive colleagues

- The management will NOT value your contributions - Favoritism is being played BIG time at this place. You will have to sweet talk the incompetent "leaders", "managers", "directors" in order to move on. Unfortunately, capable employees don't do that and they would be squeezed out to the bottom - Promotions are based on, again, favoritism - High turnover rate because they can't keep the real talents. They only offer promotions or raises when the talents resign
