      Pros

      I would give 5 stars if just talking about the company. It has very good internal system, experienced and talented employees. the package and benefit they provide are good, you can find awesome coworkers in the office and there are a lot of ideas, you get to work with big and great companies as your vendors or suppliers, the management is straight forward and you can try out your own ideas..... if you are green, go try it and you will get more than you expected. if you are looking for a career, then go try it. you will get something but career. Even employees with company for over 10 years can be fired suddenly.

      Cons

      I give 4 stars because the top management team change very often. some of the top managers do not seem like have a big vision but just focus on the small stuff. you will get annoyed when you get challenged on these somethings.

      Pros

      Good hard working co-workers, developed some good friendships, like the challenge and responsibilities, working with customers and partners, descent wages, great opportunity to learn from a growing division of a top e-commerce company, respected top leadership (VP).

      Cons

      Poor corporate culture, overworks employees and easy to burnout, lack of job training and support, higher than normal turn-over rate, too promotions and numbers only driven, director needs to lead more by example.

      Pros

      Working at Newegg was a positive experience overall. There is a camaraderie amongst the coworkers that makes enduring slights from management more manageable. The pacing of the job can get frenetic (particularly during Q4), but you fall into routine and the work gets done. Occasional company-sponsored breakfasts or food trucks help brighten the mood. Newegg only sends a select few to industry events (E3, etc) but they have a large showing at Blizzcon—work the booth and you can slip away to check out the rest of the con. On that note, you may also get the chance to try out cool new tech. Biggest pro to working at Newegg: great coworkers. Oh, and free water.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are a bit lacking. Holiday parties have eroded out of existence. And the frequency of promotions creates a 'quantity over quality' approach. (To be fair, they are working to change that last one.)
